Ilfov, a company hereinafter referred to as casatenerife.eu.

3. Definitions
- Content: means any articles, photo and/or video images, names, and any other data available on or through the Platform.
- User: means any person who accesses the Platform and/or uses in any way the materials and information available.
- casatenerife.eu Account: The section of the Platform created as a result of a User’s registration, which contains information about the User and allows them access to specific functionalities.
- Product/Service: Any service or product (e.g., accommodation booking, travel package, etc.) available through the Platform.
4. Your Account
To access the services and products offered by casatenerife.eu, it may be necessary to create a personal account on the Platform. When registering your Account, you have the following obligations: a. To provide true, accurate, and complete data. b. To maintain and update the registration data to keep it permanently correct. You can update your information directly from your user account. c. To provide casatenerife.eu, upon request, with any necessary information related to the use of the Platform.
In the event of providing false information, casatenerife.eu has the right to suspend your account, with prior notification. We do not permit individuals under the age of 18 to create Accounts.
5. Account Use and Security
The User is the only person authorized to use their Account and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. All activities that occur under your Account are your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you are obliged to notify casatenerife.eu immediately.
6. Payment and Billing
The prices displayed on the Platform represent the final price to be paid by the User. Prices may be changed by the Platform. Payment can be made online, by bank card, or by other methods indicated at the time of payment. casatenerife.eu is not responsible for errors occurring through the payment system. The fiscal invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
7. Recurring Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you select a service with an auto-renewal feature (“Recurring Subscription”), you authorize casatenerife.eu to charge the fee upon renewal of the service. If the payment fails, casatenerife.eu will periodically re-attempt the charge, and in the absence of payment, will suspend the services. casatenerife.eu may change the subscription price and will notify you in advance of any changes. Your continued use of the subscription after the new price takes effect constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds for partially used periods. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the already paid period. You can cancel by contacting support at contact@casatenerife.eu or directly from your account settings.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

It is forbidden to use the platform to introduce viruses, attempt unauthorized access to the server, or attack the site. Non-compliance will be reported to the authorities and will lead to the immediate suspension of the right to use. Activities such as defamation, harassment, publishing illegal or obscene content, spamming, cyber-attacks, or uploading offensive or discriminatory content are prohibited.
casatenerife.eu reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to block the access of users who do not comply, after prior notification.
10. Intellectual Property
The content of the Platform (logo, texts, images, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of casatenerife.eu. Copying, distributing, publishing, or modifying the content without the express written permission of casatenerife.eu is not permitted. Purchasing a service does not grant you ownership of the content, but a limited right of use.
11. Liability and Limitations
casatenerife.eu does not assume liability for any loss (material, financial, data, etc.) that may arise, directly or indirectly, from the information on the Platform or its malfunction. We are not responsible for damage to your computer or for viruses resulting from Browse the site.
12. Complaints

This contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any disagreement will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, it will be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.

casatenerife.eu reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes are published constitutes your agreement to them. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cease using the Platform and delete your account.
